This Privacy Policy applies to all of the Exuberfovet’s games, websites and other related services, collectively the “Services”. Please note that we may from time to time update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on exuberfovet.com. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice in the Services prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date will be subject to the new Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services indicates you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
WE DO NOT COLLECT AND STORE ANY USER DATA.
We physically can’t. We have nowhere to store it. We don’t even have a server database to store it. Even your game data is stored on your own device right now. We do not collect your personal data, unless you choose to provide that information voluntarily via email or online request forms.
That’s why, with Exuberfovet, what happens on your device stays on your device. With us, you don’t have to worry about one more place where your data is or any possibility of anyone seeing your personal data.
We get our data to improve our game only from the Google developer console which is an analytical tool which tells us how many people installed or uninstalled our games, the achievements, leader boards and other analytical data acquired by the users collectively. We do not get any individual information about anything. Right now we don’t even have a team to handle bug reports, so we don’t handle even that.
Your billing information is also stored only with Google. This is where you are able to manage your subscriptions and billing information.
All your emails are stored in GoDaddy’s Webmail which we remove from our records within 30 days of any request to do so.
Our only advertising partner is Google which has its own Privacy Policy for their policies on user data. Exuberfovet’s Privacy Policy does not apply to our advertisers. Thus we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options. For easier access, we hyperlinked to their Privacy Polices below.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. Since we do not knowingly collect any data from any user, even children under the age of 13 come under the same policy. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. If you think that your child provided this kind of information to us in any way, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Welcome to use the services of Exuberfovet Entertainment OPC PVT LTD (“Exuberfovet” or “We”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of all services provided by Exuberfovet, including games developed and/or published by Exuberfovet, Exuberfovet’s and aforementioned games’ web pages and other services, such as applications or any social functions of the aforementioned services or any other services Exuberfovet has attached these Terms to (“Services”). These Terms govern the relationship between you and Exuberfovet regarding your use of the Services. By downloading, installing, accessing or using any part of the Services you agree to these Terms and agree to be bound by these Terms. When you access the Services through a mobile network, your network or roaming provider’s messaging, data and other rates and fees will apply. Downloading, installing or using the Services may be prohibited or restricted by your network provider and the some or all parts of the Services may not work with your network provider or device.
Subject to you agreeing to these Terms and your continued compliance with these Terms and any other relevant policies, Exuberfovet grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Services for any other purpose. The Services are provided to you for your personal and non-commercial use only. You shall not sell, rent or give away your access to the Services, create Services accounts by using false identities or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself. You shall not use the Services if you have previously been removed from using any part of the Services by Exuberfovet, or previously been banned from playing any Exuberfovet game.
By default the Services support only one player account per game on a supported device. Additionally, the Services may not support using a single account across multiple devices.
Your use of the Services is strictly tied to your compliance with these Terms. Any use of the Services in violation with these Terms is strictly prohibited and can result in the immediate revocation of your limited license and may subject you to liability towards Exuberfovet or liability for violations of law.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions in the Services and actions made in the Services using your player account or device.
Exuberfovet reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in violation of these Terms or other rules of the Services, or otherwise outside the intent or spirit of these Terms of Service or the Services. Exuberfovet reserves the right to take action as a result, which may include terminating your access to the Services in whole or in part.
WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER REMEDIES, EXUBERFOVET MAY LIMIT, SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE PLAYER ACCOUNTS OR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES OR PORTIONS THEREOF IF YOU ARE, OR EXUBERFOVET SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE, FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OR FOR ANY ACTUAL OR SUSPECTED ILLEGAL OR IMPROPER USE OF THE SERVICES...
Exuberfovet reserves the right to stop offering and/or supporting the Services or a particular game or part of the Services at any time, at which point your license to use the Services or a part thereof will be automatically terminated. In such event, Exuberfovet shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued Services.
The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties or feature content which is made available by third-party services and enable you to access and use certain third-party services. Exuberfovet assumes no responsibility for such third-party services and/or content in third-party services.
a. Intellectual Property Rights: All rights, title and interest in and to the Services are owned by or licensed to Exuberfovet, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Indian and foreign laws and international conventions.
b. Accounts: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY SERVICES ACCOUNT.
c. Virtual Items: Exuberfovet owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to use all of the content that appears in the Services.
“User Content” means any communications, images, sounds, and all the material, data, and information that you upload or transmit to the Services... Exuberfovet reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, monitor, prohibit, edit, delete, disable access to or otherwise make unavailable any User Content without notice for any reason.
ALL PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
You acknowledge and agree that Exuberfovet may update the Services, with or without notifying you.
Exuberfovet may offer to you a chance to participate in beta tests. Due to the unfinished nature of beta software, Exuberfovet offers no refunds or custom support extensions for lost data metrics during these periods.
Exuberfovet’s use of your personal data is governed by Exuberfovet Privacy Policy. We do not collect store any data from users. However, the use of internet services always includes security risks, for which we are not responsible.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXUBERFOVET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES...
All disputes between you and Exuberfovet shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Exuberfovet must be resolved exclusively by a court located in New Delhi, India.
If any portion of these Terms is found illegal or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Exuberfovet may assign or delegate these Terms, the Exuberfovet Privacy Policy and/or other applicable policies, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent.
